Okay, I am pleased. What can I say? All the hard work is beginning to show now. I cannot wait till next year LOL!
on the 22nd, it will be 3 years since I started weight training. I have been holding lately at 34--24--36....126 pounds.
So thumbs up! Told you all this was MY year!

with my cousin here......now is that a picture of you or did you cut and paste a picture of J-Lo's body (LOL). No we are just playing you look great. I dont care how old you are, it is 22 year olds who cant get that body (Trust me I see it everday), but keep up the great work because you are indeed sculpting a Superb Body of art. I mean you are truly motivating me to work harder and cut up my body but keep pushing and you should indeed consider competing somewhere, and I bet you would win hands down. ya'll make me believe more and more. i love the changes in my body. It is amazing and like creating something and chiseling it out. The 22 year olds you speak of ...not that they "cant" ....it is a matter of "wanting to...." I WANT THIS! and so, I MAKE time to make it happen.
thank you so much and no matter how much I train....i will always have the J-Lo booty and the thighs to match.....nothing wrong with a bubble butt! lol

terrific...
It's so terrific to see someone with such focus and a positive attitude....defying what society says we should look like at certain ages. You should consider training for women's tri-fitness ' T '. A friend of mine just did last week & she is turning 53! ( it was in Vegas at the World Challenge ) I was hoping to be there to volunteer & to support all my fabulous fitness friends on but I am sure they heard me cheering for them all the way from Canada-lol.
Bern, I get so excited...
like the little kids in grade school! ha ha I would love to consider women's tri-fitness.....ha ha ...but have NO clue as to what you are referring too! (can't blame someone for what they truly do not know.....but you could teach me....hint-hint)
As for "defiance"....am quite good at that one! I am an I CAN DO IT type of person! Better yet, I am a I CAN LEARN THAT" type of person. As for society.....guess society could use a few lessons in aptitude and attitude! lol
