You need to stick to one routine for at least 2 to 3 month before changing . I think the HST is not your answer to what you want to go . I really think you need to focus more on organizing your training and dieting before trying other workout programs . First start a dairy what you eat and what body part you training . From the time I met you you seem like you really like lifting heavy and you want to become a bodybuilder . There is nothing wrong with that ! what you need to start doing is really think is it the right route that you want to take ? Do u want to compete and why ? and then decide on what's best for you . Remember what you see in magazines with all those girls is not all heaven and glamor . YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT OUT OF ALL THIS AND I WILL HELP YOU IN ANY WAY I CAN ..JUST MAKE UP YOUR MIND IN WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS !

ok

well my goal is still to bulk up and compete...
the main problem is....i live where i cant cook..all i have is a microwave...and im not sure i can stay on a diet when i cant cook...
and im sure the not being able to be on a diet, is demotivating me too, cause i know its so important, but my situation as it is right now keeps me from doing it, cause before i stayed on my diet and i saw really good results very fast...

but my goal is still to compete, still lift heavy...nothing changed

thanks a lot jamo

What are your goals ??

Romah do you have goals? You going for bodybuilder physique or figure?

Okay, well if its size, why dont you try my HML routine? It worked for Bobby and I. In 3 months i put on about 8lbs of muscle. and i lost like 2% bodyfat probably. And every week, my lifts would go up by about 2kg. (5lbs, i think thats the right #).

yeah im going to

HOnest opinion.
I think you keep switching up too much like its going to make a difference. You seem to keep falling off from training becuase you "dont feel like it" or "kind burned out".
What does this mean?

Anyways, pick a routine, stick with it and see how the results fare. I dont mean do the exact same exercises EVERY single week. But the routine should be the same. Vary the movement angles, try mixing up the rep speeds (tempo) etc.

You can't say something's not working just because results dont come in 2 weeks.

i change too much???
i did the same routine for proll 4 months...i dont think i change much...

i do feel like going to the gym, when i get up in the morning at 6am i go to the gym 7am and when i leave my place i feel like im gonna push myself and i cant wait to get to the gym....but when i get into the gym is when i kinda slowly lose the hype you know...but i did a 4 split routine for 4 months and i think its about time for me to change routine
i just didnt do it cause i had so much going on....
so i dunno where u get the idea of me changing routines all the time...

it was my opinion

It just seems like everytime we dont hear from you in a while, you come back saying I haven't been lifting for a while, etc. etc.
That's all.
Im not about to go back and look at all your posts lol!!!! It was just my suggestion, face-value.
