Pull-up bar
Posted March 23rd, 2008 by rayballer
Hi MFT, hows it going,Happy Easter to all of you. I was wondering if you guys know where to buy a pull-up bar or how to make one. I know there some pull-up bars you can get on line but I'm not sure if their right for me because you have to attach them to the door and I'm a little too big for that.I'm 6'1 and my standing reach is 7'10 and I weigh 170 lbs. Do you guys have any ideas where I can buy one or make one. Theres hardly no where in my house or outside of my house to have one, I have no trees to hang from somewhere, no dirt to put one in. Until now take care MFT, hope you all have a great easter with your families and friends.

Happy Easter
Your best bet is a standing pull up bar, the isually have dip bars as well.
You can buy these for around 150 at most major sporting goods stores lke Sports Chalet, etc..... But if you can go to a store like Busy Body Fitness and pay around 300 for one that really is gym grade quality.
Dont get me wrong the 150 ones are fine but they may not last as long.
Here we...
GO .. a link where you can get one
