Size in Arms
hey, I was just wondering for your guys opinions and input about arms strength in height.I know for a fact that shorter people who have big arms and chest makes their bodies stand out. How big are big arms in your opinion, what is average and small.It all depends on the height right or age and workout program and etc.. For ex: lets say a guy is 5'9, which is average height for a man, how big do you think his arms should be for them to appear big in his physique. I would probably say about maybe 16-17 inches.For someone 6'0-6'3 like 18-20 inches would look big on them. 5'6-5'9 about 15-17 inches or so. Just curious, what do guys think from the scale ?

im 4'10" and my arms measure 13 inches which isnt much...
its true that short people easier look bigger, but its cause the muscles are shorter...
like i said, im 4'10" tall, and in only 1 month i went from 11 inches to 13 inches on my biceps, and that was when i was only workin out at home and had a benchpress...my muscles are shorter than a person whos 6'4" and therefor its easier for me to look buff, cause a short muscle dont need as much pump as a long muscle...feel me??
an example, last year's danish champs in bodyfitness 2007
the winner was a 4'10" girl, who only worked out for 1 year, if i had been the judges, i'd have told her to go for the bodybuilding instead of bodyfitness, she was huge compared to the rest (i dont think she was natural either, but i dunno) anyways, she worked out only 1 year and gained crazy muscle mass, also she coulda had great genes, but the fact that shes short, her muscles will easily buff up...but short people look a bit more puffy on off-seasons which sucks lol
