I don't know if everybody reads the article section like I do, but I just felt that I needed to stress on this one for the benefit of the younger tribe members because i've seen it everyday in every gym i've trained in. When it comes to your training, this article open your eyes a bit more to what will help you make gains in a big way. If you're already training with intensity its a good read anyway. ... I did something wrong here. I was just pointing to the article that was already done... but not by me. I just found it so important that the younger guys on here read it. They can then do their research.
this is hard....
to teach online... its so much easier to show in real life....
its SOOOO key to success.... i like to mention HIT because it teaches people the importance of SLOW AND CONTROLLED movements..... that's super key to recruiting the most fibers....
