Question =)
Hey guys, i have a question...
Ok, sometimes i dont get the chance to go to the gym, but, i never fail to workout..
I have an ez bar with some weights and dumbells...
So i never really had problem in training when i can't go to the gym...
The only muscle i have problem with is chest. Reason being, i dont have a bench at home :(
So, ive been cracking my head trying to figure out how to train. And i came up with this.
BACKPACK PUSHUPS
Ok, so basically i stuff a small backpack with towels and add my weights (from my ez bar and dumbells) into the backpack. The reason why i add towels is to allow the weight to rest on my upper back rather than letting it fall towards the bottom of the backpack..
Then i just do my incline, flat and decline pushups, increasing the weights after each set.
My question is, is this effective??

GREAT!!
no, because dumbbells are
no, because dumbbells are independent movements, this would be closer to a light bench press.
yeh , Jdazzle is right ;)
yeh , Jdazzle is right ;) nothing beats dumbbells in my opinion ;) raj come on m8 how skint(poor, no money) can you be not to afford a wee bench , you can get YORK ones and WEIDER ones for like $20 !!! i highly highly seriously recomend you invest in a bench , preferably one with incline and decline ;)
