Hey MFT family,
My gym does not have a Preacher bench or Preacher Machine..
So i'm wondering if any of you guys can give me a innovative way to do preacher curls.
I know that i can set a bench at an incline level and do dumbell preacher curls. However, i prefer to do my preacher curls with the EZ Bar. So, how can i do my preacher curls with and EZ bar, without the use of a Preacher bench?

Some good comments...I like to take the incline bench in front of me and just do a one arm preacher curl, so i can isolate each arm and squeeze the muscle better....concentration curls are also a great alternative.
sorry i didnt even finish
sorry i didnt even finish the reading your question as u can probably tell lol , to be honest just do them with dumbells cause it really isnt that much different , plus with dumbells you can isolate and focus much more on each arm !

i new the answer to the question the second i read it , the best alternative to preacher curl machines or a preacher curls bench is putting an incline bench to above 45 degree angle but less than 90 ( so that it is very steep but not vertical ) and just grab a dumbell and there you go , a preacher curl bench !! ;)
ps i agree your gym should be ashamed , my gym has 2 preahcer curls machine and a preacher curl bench !!!! JOIN A PROPER GYM RAJ !!!!!!!!!
wow, your gym should be
wow, your gym should be ashamed of itself :)
u can use the cables...
if your gym got a lat pulldown bar, then put it on the lower in the cable...put a bench and put it to 45 deg. angle...and use the cable for your preacher curls, it wont be with a ezbar but a suggestion...
u could also just use an ezbar and use a bench like you said, i dont think there is any other way to do it...
not that i can think of...
u can look for exercises at www.bodybuilding.com and see if theres anything u wanna try :)
