Traing the Yong at heart (Sener Citsins)

Ok i have been training for a short time now but i live in a state filled with retires (FL). If anyone has a good work out for the Sener Citsins let me know. When i train with them i do a lot of balances work, core training, and light weights to help with muscle stringent.

Here we go ..
try the JamCore beginner workout .. but instead of the Push p use a seated chest press , the other circuit especially the step up with Medecin ball , use an 11 inch tall Plyo box . The rest is very doable . Also what you can do is replace the weights by Resistance band .

Ciruit 1 day one three times with a minute rest
Ciruit 2 and 3 day 2 two rounds each
Day 3 Off
Then repeat the circuits , after every workout make them do a least 20 minutes walking on the treadmills . Hope it helps

thanks that will help so that i can add some of these in slow they sometimes dont like change and i tell them all the time you have to keep changeing so thank you
