Please Excuse The Absence, I was swallowed by a whale

Hello My Dearest FitTribers,

It has been so long since I have blogged and I have missed you all so much. You see my friends, for the past few months I was in the mouth of a whale. This whale was the beginning of a new stage in my fitness career. It was exciting, it was rewarding but it captured all of my attention. Now I'm coming up for air.

This year I made the first step in my pursuit to extend my foothold in the fitness industry. I became a private trainer, after years of working in the gym setting I decided to step out and do my own thing and I must say that things are going extremely well. Next steps include: Finishing my last degree (Post Master's in Sport Psychology), continuing my yoga education (300 Hr Professional Teacher Training Program) and at the end of the year I want to publish my first book.

Wait a second, what have I gotten myself in to?! I have a habit, when I say I'm going to do something I've pretty much signed a contract that I will do it.
