Getting in shape.. Started 10/15/07
I've copied this idea from Ken.. Hope thats cool man, but it looked like a good way to get feedback so i'mma give it a shot.. I dont have any show or Title i am going for maybe sexiest guy on the block would be nice :-D.
Okay so here is the deal I wana drop my body fat % so I can see those sexy abs!! I also wana do it in a legit way and not fat burners and pretty much all natural way.... Can it be done?? I think so.. So On this blog i'll put up pictures of the progress, some nutrition as well and my workout hopefully this can be a starting place for some?
Monday Workout
7am run 2 miles but I did sprints 7-8 of them the length of 1 telephone pole at full blast.
5:30 pm Weights : 3x12 Bench Press
3x 12 Incline Flies
4x25 Push ups ... That was the goal.. didnt quite make all 25.. :-P
All of those were done on a circuit of 1 set Bench, then Incline Flies, then Push ups no rest.. then a 1 min 30 sec rest maybe 2.. and over again..
Back : 3x12 One arm Barbell Lift
3x12 Upright rows
3x12 Bent over rows
3x how ever many pull ups i can do various grips.
Mon Nut.
Breakfast: 2 eggs (one w/ yolk) sunny side up, 2 slices whole wheat toast w/ strawberry jam 2 teaspoons Half an avocado
Snack 1: Walnuts, Dates
Lunch: Lentils, Chicken and 2 slices of whole wheat bread
Snack 2: yogurt, plums, prunes
Dinner: 2 cans tuna 1 avocado, olive oil tamrin, and tomatoes.
Uhm yeah let me know whatchu guys think if any1 wants me to keep adding blogs or what not didnt think it'd take this long to type it.

i was eating around 300 calories every 2 hours now thats very little amount but thats what i did, be sure to check with jamo first before you attempt it because i dont want you to do anything that could be harmfull..

im gaining size, i eat around 7 to 800cal's every 2&1/2 to 3 hours (oink oink)

6oz of oatmeal (dry weight )
6 egg white
1 cup of strwberries
Meal 2
Protein shake(pure whey in water )
Meal 3
1 chicken breast
6 oz of brown rice
broccoli
1 apple
Meal4
protein shake same as meal 2
Meal 5
6 oz of Chicken or fish or shrimp
1 serving of salad
1 serving of vegetables
