Hello Everyone I'm new to this website but it looks very promising :-) haha It's wayy better than myspace and i like the island theme with the tiki's cool stuff. Well I'd just like some help maybe some tips on what to eat and what to do in order to see my abs and lower my body fat % so I can be a healthy young man :-). Thanks you guys are sweeet!

Here is your diet :
meal 1
6 oz of oatmeal
4 egg white
1 banana
1 glass of pure grapfruit juice
Meal 2
Protein shake (30 grams of pure whey)
1 apple
Meal 3
8 oz of chicken breast
8oz of brown rice
brocolli
TRAINING 1 PM
Pre workout 30 minutes b4
Mix the following
15 grams of whey
5grams of creatine
3 capsules of BCAA
5 grams of glutamine
with Some Orange juice .
POST WORKOUT (straight)
20 grams of maltodextrin
30 grams of protein
4 capsules of BCAA
5grams of creatine
5grams of glutamine
WAIT 40 minutes then eat the following meal
Meal 4
8oz of chicken or steak
8 oz of brown rice or wholewheat pasta
1 large salad
Water
2 hours later
Meal 5
Protein shake (pure whey 30 grams)
Meal 6
8 oz of white fish
4oz of brown rice
brocolli
asparagus or salad
Before Bed
10 grams of glutamine

Just a quick question.. I have busy schedules just like everyone does, do you guys pre make your meals and then just microwave them to save on time or whats the deal? Also all these BCAA and Glutamines are they ideal for getting to my goal I suppose so I am checking up more info on it. But i really do thank you and everyone else who leaves comments it gives me hope. Thanks you guys.. good luck with your fitness goals.
