DIET

Ahoy Mr. Jamo & MFT,
I'm back to a consistent workout schedule, even when I take time off it doesn't seem to hurt my strength any... I mean do you know any body that could take 3 weeks off and go to a chest workout first day back and do incline dumbell flyes with 90lb'ers lol... not trying to brag, it just doesn't seem like I lose that much strength, I mean I do a little but not by much. My goal is to be 225lbs. and 9-12% bodyfat, I am 5' 9" 206lbs. now, what should my diet more or less consist of?? I've been following Jay Cutler's program and diet, he's 5' 9'' like me, but lol he's 300lbs in the off season, that's 75lbs more than my goal. Here's his diet that I've been trying to follow, Is this right for my goal?.. I do have a fast metabolism and I do eat a lot, I was just more or less interested in what changes/ tips/ comments (if any) That you would have to make this diet better? Much appreciated and always appreciated,
-Matt-

...first sorry for the delay to get back to you i have been soo crazy busy with the move and filming for you guys . I have looked at your question and I know one thing you wondering in the world where i use to belong ..Jay cultler is a good friend of mine and I know how he trains and eat he also been training for 17 years non stop , living breathing Bodybuilding.
I truly think you eating too much protein , in the long run its going to mess up your kidney , Jay cutler is 275 shredded he can tolerate that protein .
I you have a fast metabolism I will focus on training less , but by hitting it hard three times a week and spend the rest of the other days eating and recovering !!!!
And honestly your goal in getting to 225 at 12% body fat will take at least a year , just keep doing what you thought worked the best and stay consistent Thats all rememebr its take TIME , CONSISTENCY ..to get the look you want ..and HONESTLY DO U REALLY WANT TO LOOK LIKE JAY ? I know deep doen it looks good but JAY has worked hard to look the way he does the last time he met me ." he knew I retired so He said " Bro you look so healthy < I'm looking forward to that day ..I feel a lot better ..You figure it out "

Thanks

Ahoy!,
Lol, 275lbs. would be nice if i were 6'2", Jay's cool and I've read his books, like I said I'm 5'9'', so i think 225lbs. would fit my frame better. Defininetly appreciate the unput, thanks.

Ahoy!,
I know rest is growth.... you don't do your growing in the gym at all, it's outside of the gym with rest and proper nutrition. My concern was the diet, thanks anyways.
