Happy Weekend MFT'ers!
I know it's been awhile since I've last posted a blog entry... between hosting boot camps, training clients and planning several workshops & events in the very near future, I wanted to share with all of you an article posted in this month's REALITY Magazine about a fellow MFT Member, me :) You can pick up an issue of Reality Magazine at your local Barnes & Noble Bookstore. I really want to come out to Cali to see you all again. Its kind of hard with school, but its more about me wanting to spend the money for a plane ticket. But I (one) can make anything happen.

I wish we could've spent more time together too. Yeah.. I was a bartender during my drinking days... Drank on the job and after work. I wouldn't say I was an alcoholic, however I drank to deal with my problems (BEFORE finding my love to run) I am really hoping we'll get a chance to kick it and work out this year. Thank you ALWAYS for your support - on & off season :) You're the bestasest Sweet Willy!
