Even the MOST powerful woman, struggles
Today, OPRAH reveals her on-going struggle with weight loss. She revealed that she has hit her heaviest all-time heaviest, tipping the scales at 200lbs. We have all witnessed her weight fluctuate as she yo-yo dieted for over 2 decades. She can hire the top chefs of the world to prepare every single meal. Have a world-renowned trainer to live with and travel with her. If she wanted to go to the absolute extreme, could even have surgery done... but she's dealing with it and sharing with the rest of the world, that she is just like one of us. She's gone through moments of depression, days when you just don't want to leave the house or be social. We all assume that one of the most powerful women in the world, has it all "figured out" but there is something so REAL about her knowing that she is more accessible and just like us. I admire and respect her so much more for putting herself "out there". I can imagine it wasn't easy, but the 1st step to making progress, is to admit there is a problem.

not exercise alone
I suspect in Oprah's case the problem is not lack of exercise. If she were my patient I would check for digestive problems due to dysbiosis, hormonal deficiencies, neurotransmitter deficiencies and even energetic imbalances. The fact that we have trouble keeping weight off is generally that we are treating the symptom of excess weight and not the cause.

I agree Doc
I suspect that Oprah has enough will power to keep going at it the way she has for all this time. But in the end, there has to be a reason why this keeps happening to her that nobody is looking at. Plus, in my experience, i've seen & heard that some professionals purposely do things to get the opposite reaction so that they can stick around. Unfortunally, it's a way to ensure they keep getting paid. But that's not fair to the client/customer... & this by no means suggests that this is what is happening with Oprah. It happens to all of us.
Focus
Never lose sight of your goals. Imagine yourself as you want to be and you will get there. Don't let holiday eating and drinking get in your way. Keep training hard, eat healthy, and most importantly be thankful for what you have and not what you want to have.

Kudos
As the old saying goes:
Do as a I say, not as I do.
I've got a lot of respect here, definitely know the problems you encounter facing self-image.
Its all about perception, and perceive the world around you.
