MFT goes to the OLYMPIA
that's right... MFT will be representin' at the Olympia! Me, Ves, Melinda, Lauren, Carey, Kelly and YES "the man" himself, JAMO will all be there filming some interviews and doing a couple of photoshoots in Las Vegas that weekend 09/26-09/28. If you'll be there, let me know.. I LOVE MEETING fellow MFT'ers in person! If there are some questions you may have about training or nutrition (especially the ladies) send'em right this way and we'll do our best to address them in a Video Blog or include in our training video/photoshoot :)

The 2008 Olympia Weekend schedule is set for September 25-28, 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Orleans Arena and Las Vegas Convention Center..
I will definitely be there, it's easy for me since I live here... But for those who don't, the trip is worth it. The Expo is great, it's a great opportunity to meet some of the Top people in the Bodybuilding/Fitness world, AND the scenery is nice too, lol (No need to Google Ms. Reyes, means "Laugh Out Loud") but I'm sure you knew that one... Well, hope to see you all in my City, well kinda mine HaH ;)

Are the September dates for the Olympia THIS year or are you talking about next year? It sounds like it is THIS year, but I thought the Olympia had already come and gone; or is there more than one per year?
If it is THIS year then I will make every effort to get there so I can meet some of my MFT FAMILY. :)))))) I can't tell you what a difference YOU and so many others have made in my life already. I have a NEW found drive, zest and zeal for health and fitness. I want to get to the point where I can walk into a room and have my MFT sisters look at me and think, "for a 62 year old guy, he looks pretty hot and sexy." ROTFL!!! Okay...reality check! LOL!!! Well at least think, "he looks pretty fit for someone his age." I just like to dream and fantasize a little...okay...a LOT. LOL!!!
But seriously I have worked out FOUR days in a row. I know that doesn't sound all that impressive or much of a big deal, but considering that I haven't worked out 4 days in a row since 1993, THAT is a HUGE accomplishment for me. I want to get so hooked and addicted to health and fitness that if I miss a day I will workout TWICE as hard the next day. And I have my MFT family to thank for that.
