I really could have posted this as a comment on Reaching Your Goals, where I talked about hitting my old old goal of doing 40 push ups in one set, but I decided to post a whole new blog. When I first joined MFT, I put that one of my fitness goals was to do 50 push ups in one set. I did it today! Haha. I was reading the new article that Mona Liza posted (Check it here!) and I wanted to take the online test. I guess competing against other people online is a good motivator...at least for push ups. Later.

We have the same goal as it relates to push ups... I am going to "re-test" myself this weekend and hopefully I can bang out 50 straight with perfect form! Congrats again, glad to hear that you are progressing!
