It has

been a while since my last blog.I have gotten my energy back fully from the work outs I was doing for the Muscle Tech Contest. That contest helped kick start my fat loss and now I am doing the Body for Life to keep the fat burning.Well the work outs are great I was so fatigued from the first upper body work out. That is the first time I have been fatigued from lifting in a while. Also I was a little sore from them as well which is always good. The only is that the work out uses just 2 exercises for each muscle. It works I just feel like I am missing something without the other exercises I like to do.But I have been changing them up from week to week so it isn't a big deal. The cardio is basically the same for me either Bike,stepper,sprint/walk or jog for 30 minutes. For someone that loves to do cardio 30 minutes isn't a problem except I wonder what am I suppose to do for the other hour, lol. My cardio usually lasted an hour or more;mainly because it helps clear my mind and just lets me think. So the eating isn't a problem either thanks to Jamo,I am using the meal plan he created for me.So the free day which you are suppose to use to eat whatever you want but now that I have been eating this way for about 5 months;the foods I use to love don't taste the same anymore.Yes I tried some cookies, some pie even a subway sandwich(not unhealthy) didn't satisfy me.Seems the only thing for me is chicken breast, fish, turkey, tuna & etc.Although I started to try a Krispy Kreme to see if it tasted the same, but decided I better quit while I am ahead, lol.I've lost about 2lbs and body fat percentage has dropped and i am starting to see abs in a distance.Hopefully they will get closer during the following weeks. That is all for now.

Hey brother ..
