sounds like a great workout,
sounds like a great workout, but i feel 10 sets are a little too intense for every workout, cause for me, i'd be dyin on my 4th set, but its your choice how you want to have your workout, and as long as it has results, than you know you've been doin the right thing! anyway, you already look great so keep up the good work!!!
Hey bro
This looks like an interesting program. Let me know how it works out for you...
My opinion
I Like it , the best way to find out Jay is to try it and stick to it ,,anything you do fast and non stop with a clean diet will get you ripped !!!!
thanks my man, I'll give it
thanks my man, I'll give it a shoot for 4 weeks..
10 sets of 10
How often are you changing up the exercises for the same body part?
Seems a bit like overkill, but you'll obviously get in plenty of volume for muscle hypertrophy :)
Let us know how it goes...
