Hello everyone
First I would like to say hello to everyone at MFT and apologize for not being able to be around here . I have been back to my country after 22 years. Seeing my family and my friends after 22 years was really what I needed. I got really burned out on working like crazy and forgot what was important in life. Now I feel good and fully charged to be back here and the new upcoming jamcoretraining.com site stay tuned to see it . God bless you all and Im glad im back here .

I know you have alot to catch up on, but I just wanted to let you know that because of the info i've learned from this site & the people i've met on it, i'm now just about ready to jump on stage for my first North American bodybuilding competition. I've never looked or felt better!

can anyone inform me on what is happening on the site. i see older videos each time on the new videos list and i can't access older blogs. i was just wodering if we are going to have to pay to have access, if so, how much,if not, then what is going on, thanks

Site update!
Just to answer your question, this site is alive and we are in the middle of restructuring a bit. Its been a free site since the beginning and we are trying our best to keep it this way. However, it costs money to keep it live so we are always looking for ways to generate some form of revenue to cover expenses. Whether its ad banners or some other ideas. We are always open to member suggestions. In the meantime, we are posting some of the videos that might have gotten lost over time because there is such great content on here and we dont want it to be missed.
