Good stuff, bro. I think that kind of commentary (directly placed into the program, so the reader can see exactly what's going on) is awesome to learn from.

Regarding the shoulder press comment, thank you for saying that. Some people can get away with presses behind the neck, but (1) they are few, and (2) it's simply not a necessary movement (our body is not built to nor meant to press from that position). It also generally forces you to lean your head and neck forward into flexion, further compromising the shoulder and it limits the upper spine's ability to extend (not good during a shoulder press!).

Lastly, the dietary comments are great. My personal recommendation to my clients (bodybuilders and fitness professionals) is to eat as much REAL food as possible, and to keep the supplements to a minimum.
