I'm sure you guys will have a blast today! Please ask Julien what hair product does he use? LOL Because even with those super intense workouts, his hair always stays in place :)
I'd like to know what mental mindset he has to stay lean everyday?

Just wondering, how does he manage to train for definition and mma? What would his weekly routine be? Does he split his days up? bodybuild one day then mma the next day?
Also, eating plan would be cool...

His foods.
Does he have staple foods and eat them all the time? Or does he buy a huge variety of foods?
I realize the healthiest is a larger variety, but takes more time to prepare and more costly.

workout frequency ??
I am curious, if he has to hit the gym, or do cardio as often, to maintain the conditioning he has at his level, or if its just keeping with his current diet.
One other thought is, how long does he spend in the gym. I try to get in and get out, and is that more for conditioning, or mass gain, etc.

Getting in and out of the gym quickly is the best thing weather mass gaining or conditioning. It doesnt matter what your doing. I'm mass gaining at the moment and i only spend 45 mins to an hour in the gym 3x a week.
And i'm pretty sure julien stays in shape all the time, just gets a little tighter for certain shoots.
