It's 630 am just wake up which is abnormal to me, usually it's 330 am to get going with training . But this morning I said Im staying in . while enjoying my coffee and a nice bowl of oatmeal with protein in it , I decided to write this . Three years ago when I started Jamcoretraining.com to make it huge and successful I had NO idea what i got myself into , here is a guy with a lot of passion and drive but lack of experience ..all I had was DO IT AND DON'T THINK ( A thought that can be very deceiving if you don't know when to use it ), there was no structure in the first year only the idea of the concept and the energy to make it happen no matter what ! Well guess what ? I fell right on my face two years after even that I learned more on the way . One day i was sitting in my appartment really depressed watching everything falling part with no clue where to go . So I start thinking about what to do , first i needed to rebuild the team , second find the people who can drive the boat ..the actual boat i was riding was running me 375 k in the hole with no engine. So I called Clark and told him about what I was doing , he took an interest and we started communicating about just a meeting to sit down and talk about what i had . As time went by I met Incendia Media .. THE ENGINE behind myfittribe.com ..and it took off !! Here I'am today with CLARK after we met with RICK SCHAFF another good friend who is part of my team watching something that is going to be very big as far as we keep the momentum . My point is no matter what you do never gave up , always surround yourself with good people that have good energy and going somewhere ... and Remember we were born to act and react the day we stop moving is the day we die . Clark bartram .com is evolving with myfittribe.com and as far as the two are close , it can only get better ! Peace Jamo
PS: I'm still learning , and I'ts a great process being able to watch something grow ...

Jamo, wow, this is all really good stuff, and as reading this, I was getting teary eyed! But it's all good, and let me just tell you, last night I was with fellow tribe mates Kelly Corson and Lauren Showers. And we just kept going on and on about all the good things this site brings to everyone!

Jamo, like I said on your guestbook (and thank you for your comments also, they have most definitely made my evening) you have created something that is re-freshing, motiviational and detailed yet simplistic in its approach (this is not a bad thing as after all there are lot of people who are quite new to the internet still and I think if you want to appeal to the masses then sometimes KISS is the best way to go)
However we much all make progress in life and this website should be no different in this approach.
You have a fantastic team behind you already and you my friend are a fantastic embassador for this lifestyle that we live every day. I come from a background of dungeony type gyms with old school training. *Think Dorian's temple Gym* as I think I told you but we all evolve, try new things and make new goals. You have also done this my friend, especially with your physique and it something I now aspire to look not disimilar to. To put it into perspective, when you were at your largest (also with a tad more hair) this is where I wanted to be. Now 17 years in I want to be just healthy and fit and look the best I can befor a 32 year old man, no more wanting to be 17 stone of dripping muscle. Some may say this is re-gression right? Not so. It's just where my head is at now.
I look forward to seeing your new evolution to bro.

It's always good to express your gratitude & appreciation to the people around you, not to keep them from shying away, but to keep them encouraged & driven past their own limits. By GIVING thanks, we tent to see that we RECEIVE more of the same, but in bigger proportions. Jamo, you & your team have built something on this site that nobody else has (not that I know of anyway). As a matter of fact, i'm supprised that my friends don't take part in some of these discussions. We all learn from this as we go along... Good for all of you!

brother , thats kind of you to think that ! Well the biggest problem we have is trying to get people to Blog and discuss fitness and health , we are making a steady progress and hopefully it will increase as we evolve . This site will be much more easy to navigate as we move forward . A lot of people ask questions and need help on myspace ..but when I tell them to come here and hang out build a profile , they shy away because its not myspace( GLAD ITS NOT !) with all the fancy features and people who have nothing to do with fitness . But all this said and done , I'm sure a year down the road things will be completely different as What will hit them will be mind blowing ! MARK MY WORD ON THIS ONE . Thank you for the continuous support bro ...and YOUR FRIENDS, DON'T WORRY THEY WILL JOIN YOU ONE DAY JUST MATTER OF TIME !

It is so important to remember with anything....time is an ally. Ten years from now, when we look back on all this, we will be saying WOW LOOK AT WHERE WE WERE ....IN COMPARISON TO WHERE WE ARE NOW.

I have only been a member
I have only been a member for less then a week and I already admire this specimen of a man they call Jamo. I can feel the passion in your words. You have my support brother! I just wish we could come out to visit, but with school starting and finding an apartment, money is tight and time is short! That doesnt mean im giving up though. We're trying to find friends and people we know that might be able to get buddy passes or help out.
