Hey everyone
I haven't been able to blog for a while as you know it gets a bit hectic and I tend to spend a lot of the time running this site with Dan and CO and forget about what's happening with me . MFT is taking a good momentum as you have noticed and we starting to build traffic , thanks to all of you and the new addition to the team . The addition so far is Kelly Corson , Melinda Meyer and Carey Guthmiller . There is many more new big names coming soon too . I have started getting ready for my next videos , that I will be shooting in September In Vegas with Sagi , Carey Guthmiller and Maybe Julien Greaux . My bodyweight right now is around 215 pounds in decent shape , the goal is to get to 209 shredded as I was the last time I shot for this site . In life when you start working on things sometimes mixed negative thoughts and feelings hunt you ..one things you need to do is NEVER GAVE UP ! Always Know in your heart if you have the right vision and the drive things will happen . The reason I'm saying this is a year ago this time I wasn't sure I would make this site what it is now . So what I did was to never have the slightest doubt in my ability to make things work , I just kept going without thinking the Worse . I still haven't started yet or done yet ...I'm just warming up , the more things happen the more I get turned ON ! ITS LIKE I FEED FROM THE ENERGY , especially if they heading where I want them to go . People always ask me how do u do it with 5 hours asleep and still train , work a full time job , film , edit ect .. THE ANSWER IS , I DON'T THINK I JUST GO ! We always Have hurdles on the way , its part of the journey , at the end when you achieve what you want , success is much more enjoyable ... Failure could never exist if success wasn't there ! and vice versa . Thanks Guys !

Fantastic Blog my dear
Fantastic Blog my dear friend! I remember asking you that very question when we were eating lunch and your answer has stuck with me. I work a lot of overtime, running the kids all over and still trying to get in my workouts. Everytime my ass starts dragging i think of those words and just quit thinking ( my wife would say i never do anyway LOl) and go forward.
JamCore Workouts
Hey brother, first off this is an AWESOME sight. I am new to the website and there's alot of very interesting articles to read. Just a little bit about myself. I am 33 years old and have been working out seriously for the last year. I have seen some get results since working out and since I've changed my diet. Unfortunately I think I have hit a plateau and can't seem to get the physique I have always dreamed of. My question to you is, how can I incorporate the JamCore workout in to my current program. If I focus strictly on the JamCore program and stop my split routine I currently use, will I lose muscle I have already gained. I don't want to be massivley huge, but I do want to have a nice physique, I want to be lean but at the same time have some muscle to show. Again thanks for creating such an awesome site. Mahalo!!

I know you didn't ask for my advice, but...I would suggest combining your chest and back day. I think you should train opposing muscles right after each other. This push/pull may benefit you. Example:
Monday:
Chest DB Incline Bench
Lat Pulldowns
Flat Bench
DB Rows
something like that...but I'm sure Jamo will figure it all out for you anyway lol so don't worry.
