Jamo's Dallas Report from This week end shoot with Sagi
Hi Guys and Gals
Im sitting in Dallas airport as I write this waiting for my plane that was delayed for 4 hours . What can I say even that everyone around me is pulling their hair , Im sitting here all happy writing down what went this past week end with Sagi .
I got picked up by Sagi from the airport on thursday 3pm , and from that moment Angela and and him treated me like royalty .
We managed to shoot so much stuff for you and every question that you asked , he made sure we got the answer. In spite of being on a diet and training his clients non stop Sagi was always in good spirit and so professional a true gentlemen . I got to meet some very interesting people with him , one of them was 18 years old upcoming natural bodybuilder Jonathan Irizarry .
We always get asked about MMA workouts at MFT ..well guess what Ivan Dielman did just that , Sagi told me about Ivan on the way to his house from the airport , asking if i was interested in shooting him ..I was like hell yeah bring him ! The routine that he did was so interesting and very creative . An approach we always welcome @ MFT
The biggest surprise of the trip was meeting Bill Monk( AKA TRIPLETDAD on MFT) and his kids . Bill drove for 4 hours to meet us , that was so nice of him to give us the opportunity to meet his lovely family . We made sure Bill got all his questions answered .
I also made sure we got an exclusive Interview with Sagi , you will get to know the real Sagi on MFT guys ...so stay tuned , tons of videos coming soon , including Sagi's famous Meat balls that he cooked for us in his kitchen Space .
So Sagi and Angela , thank you so much for making this week end fun, and for all your hospitality . Lots of love to CORY from me

I had a blast saturday meeting Jamo and doing a training piece with you guys. It was definitely an honor to do so. And for the Opera, we won't go there..Lol

You are absolutely right about my bald Sensei. He is one of a kind and I am thrilled to have him as a friend. You cant say enough good things about the guy, he is so genuine, funny and dedicated to helping others (same with Sagi) me and my kids loved sitting and talking with him.

My kids and i had a fantastic time with you and Sagi. Both of you guys are such class people and so dedicated to what you are doing. The amount of quality information you gave me and my kids was amazing and I cant thank you both enough for the time you spent with us. You both made a very positive impression on my daughters and that meant the most to me and the way both of you made my kids feel at ease and answering all their questions. What a fantastic day it was I cant wait for the next time and maybe the whole crew can meet y'all. The only concern i had was i thought Jamo was going to try and sneak Kolby into his gym bag!! You sure made a friend there Bro. Also if anyone ever gets to go to lunch with Jamo DO NOT serve him salad in a plastic flip top container and no loud Opera!! Must we suffer!!!!!
