I'm gonna second Will's
I'm gonna second Will's request, Mtv Cribs style would be great!
Legs
It would be good if you can do some legs, showing the different foot positions to hit targeted aresa, like for instance the outer thigh. Same applies to the calves. Thanks
Yes Traps would be a great
Yes Traps would be a great topic. I myself can never seems to stimulate them the proper way.
Also maybe some tips on how he keeps himself mentally strong day in and day out to keep a body like that..becasue alot of work has to be done in the kitchen and everywhere else. Is it his faith or just a certain ritual or routine?
hey
traps, quds, hams, and lower lats please!!

Shotgun Arm COMBOS
I would love to see if Sagi has more in the arsenal for those "Shotgun" arms of his... I love the videos he already has posted. I doubt many on MFT use a stability ball for chest but I would love to "see" the proper way to do flat bench, incline bench and flyes on a stability ball because I know that "form" is very crucial... I think I am doing it right but since I workout alone I have no idea as to whether or not my form is correct.
Thanks and cannot wait to see the new stuff from the Beast from the Middle East!!!
it smellisrealy good
so...i want to know the best way to do some chest exercices without hurting the elbows
and if it's not a secret how did he have such a smile :-)
thanks
MTV: CRIBS STYLE....
i would like to see his refridgerator and freezer, and kitchen. whats he stock up on, etc. im sure that would help many MFT members here see what its like to truly LIVE the LIFESTYLE....
also a homemade recipe... that would otherwise be unhealthy
ie. something like homemade pizza made MFT style can be super super healthy!!!! but otherwise pizza isnt such a great choice...
ie. or does he make his own homemade protein bars? whats his favorite recipe for those, etc.

Yes, yes!
A recipe about protein bars to make would be ace, as they are real expensive to buy and it would be great making them to customise what they are like etc....
Or just any video or article about making protein bars...
Good call will, i also wouldn't mind seeing what he stocks up on etc too, i find trying to find the right way in buying all the different foods quite hard at time!
:)
would like to know a little
would like to know a little about his up bringing, his values and his mind set on keeping a great physique. What gave him the edge to do what he is doing, who helped him on his journey,
thanks
I would...
Appreciate some information on how both, you and Sagi, split and pair up your muscles, how do you plan a weeks worth of training, do you mark down dates on the calander as to when you will work out?
Also, some calves excersices with dumbelss etc, i dont have access to a calvle maching, so the best I can do is just hold dumbbells in each hand and tip too!
Thanks!
Trapezius!
We dont really see many trap exercises, but its good to know the basics behind building up those muscles. Especially since they're a trademark muscle for bodybuilders!
Just like many other muscle groups, I can run stagnant on exercises, especially for this muscle group. Variety is important :D.
Please and thank you
