We've actually hit that topic a lot lately. Its really great to be able to learn to turn this into a lifestyle, and we really believe that there are a lot of you out there that cannot yet afford a gym membership, or drive many hours to and from work on top of long days, so we definitely want to show you some awesome exercises without weights, or with equipment that is cheap and offers the most benefits. I think you'll agree once you try them, haha! :)

Here's a push up on a medicine ball, its only around $20 if that.

**You can also do with pushup on a Balance ball, with your feet on the ground. A balance ball is $20 at a sporting goods store

Here's another awesome core functional pushup variation, this is what many atheletes use in their routines to develop explosive and dynamic strenght, you will love it! It will get your heart rate up tremendously. Trust me ;)

Here's the ever famous DIPS. Great for building your triceps and your chest depending on the angle of your arms. Just find some place with two handles, or objects, you can even use two chairs (make sure they're stationary :) )

Did I mention this is just our arsenal of weapons of mass construction WITHOUT weights :). Once you get yourself a medicine ball (weighted) and a nice pair of dumbbells (not too expensive, just buy the weight you need for now, and as you get stronger, reward yourself with heavier weights, I think that's reasonable :) Your health is too important to be "reactive"... lets be a pro! Pro-active that is....

i'll post a great beginners guide to help you out with a little bit of whats necessary to really get a great physique, despite what you read in magazines. Trust me, if you just use common sense approach, which includes some facts about our body that you have learned from Biology class in highschool, through nutrition/health classes.. and NOT what the mass media tells you
