New Schedule (please check it out)

I am looking for a more defied body. Therefore I have decided to change up my schedule. New schedule is as follows:
Sunday: chest & legs.
Monday: abs & 30-45 minutes of cardio.
Tuesday: biceps & triceps.
Wedenesday: abs & 30-45 minutes of cardio.
Thursday: shoulders & back.
Friday: rest
Saturday: rest.

its my personal bias,
that you can never truly train anything with legs, besides legs :)
haha
I use my core and full body's power to train on leg days. its intense and crazy. if you do train something with legs, train it AFTER legs, meaning you gave your legs all you had to give, and if somehow you're still standing, THEN do the other bodypart.

that's what I'm afraid of. Everytime I do legs I get waaaaaay too tired after so I can't do anything else haha. hopefully I will be motivated to finish chest on the same day :)

Bro salam, Is it ok to train Upper body and Lower body,, coz i remember seeing a video blog for jamo saying that its better if u train upper boddy in a day alone , and lower body in other... coz the will be concentrating in one area ,,, so by training chest and legs blood will be running up n down... make sure of this aiteee broo :)
anyway i like the spirit u have .. these days am coolin down (no workout) due to Final Exam ,, but am finishing by 18th of Oct, and from there i will have a strict diet n workout :D

Hey bro.
Its all about priority. Studies are more important so I totally agree.
If you can't squeeze in a workout, then dont worry, because unless you're a professional bodybuilder, then your smarts are going to get you a job, not your body :-p.
