Hey MFT-
The last few months have been awesome in terms of training and nutrition, I more or less stuck to real basic weight lifting and clean foods and have seen great results.
But I am ready for a change now. I wnat to construct a routine that is more about actual activity vs. size or a look.
For eaxmple I was thinking maybe-
Monday- OFF
Tuesday- Upper Body Conditioning
Wednesday- Long Run
Thursday- Upper Body Conditioning
Friday- Core/Lower Body work
Saturday- Long ride in hills
Sunday- Play sports, swim, hike, whatever.
What do you guys think?

Brother , you can only find once you try it . Just make sure the nutrition is right there with the training . Let me know how it goes and then we can adjust everything .
