REST- to train or not

So you had a bad night, got no sleep, all day you are dragging your butt to stay awake at work. So the big question is---------
At the end of the day do you:
a. Go home eat and go to bed, start fresh tomorrow,
or
b. Go pound an energy drink and still hit the gym?

That depends on what day of the week it is, what body part i'm training, how much I was able to eat during the day in question & what I have to do once I get home "IF" I do decide to train. But if you do decide to train, don't push it too much. Either way, I wouldn't depend on an energy drink!
