Snacks

Hello everyone,
Nowadays I'm trying to lower my bodyfat percentage so I'm eating extra clean and reconsidering my mid morning and mid afternoon snacks. I'm 210 pounds and 12-13% bodyfat.
I am eating 15-20 unroasted and unsalted almonds and an apple for mid morning and 50-60 grams of low fat cheese and another apple at mid afternoon. The lowest fat cheese I could find has 7 gr fat and 5.5 gr carbs and 25 gr protein(per 100 gr cheese).

My first question is, I see the protein and carbs are good but is 7gr fat too much?
Should I continue with the almonds in the morning and cheese in the afternoon?
Can you think of better snack alternatives?

at 210....typically you should be eating around 60ish grams of fat a day anyway, right?

if that is your 20 percent of your diet that is...

How do you calculate how

How do you calculate how many grams of fat I need to eat?
I saw calorie needs calculators but they only consider the weight, but not the fitness level, bodyfat percentage or level of activity. Do you have a more accurate way of calculating it?
I am trying to cut back carbs and fat to create a calorie deficit. Is it a sensible approach?

seems ok for me...for myself, I only cut back on either carbs OR fats, not both, as i do not want to lose muscle mass.

another thing to keep in mind is when you eat unsaturated fats, healthy fats, as in omega 3 and 6's, they actually take the place of the saturated fat that you carry around as body fat. I have a friend that prepped for a show by eating only protein and fats. and got down to 5 percent doing this. I wouldnt recommend that, and neither would he, but you should not have to cut back on ALL fats to get lean.

Pretty easy fo figure out how much of fat, carbs, protein you need by finding a calculator via google....a general rule is somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 percent carbs, 30 percent protein, and 20 percent fats. I have manipulated mine a bit, as i have found out what seems to work for my body.
