2 quick questions for jamo !!!
hey jamo , i shall make this very quick and simple !
1.you mentioned in a vblog that u recomend 100g of carbs post AND PRE workout , i use dextrose and waxy maize starch , so should i put 100g of dextrose into my PRE-workout shake ???? ( which is currently 1scoop whey,5g glutamine, 3 bcaa tablets, 3 creatine tablets and 2 NO2 tablets and after my workout i have pretty much the same exept use waxy maize starch cause its faster absorbing )
2. i started using a instant milk protein before bed ( casein based protein ) and i found that it completely and utterly de-hydrates me , my throat is all dry after i drink it and when i wake up in the morning it is 10 times worse ??? why do u think this is , i drink about 4 litres of water a day so there is no way in hell that its due to lack of water !!! ???
