i might have picked up my first injury ( HELP )

hi guys , well i done a shoulder and tri workout yesterday and it was amazing , i was lifting really heavy and the next morning i could really really feel that my muscles had been worked , however , i have been sitting at my computer screen ( checking emails bla bla bla ) for about 3 or 4 hours now and out of nowhere , all of a sudden , my lower back started hurting ??

It got to the point were i had to stop typing and stand up and it was tight and sore ( not so sore that i was saying " argh " or screaming or anything but just a slight little pain letting me know that it was there ) , i went through into my living room and lay down on the floor to try and make it better , it felt nice and relaxed but when i got back up i could feel it just sitting there , its not PAIN but its something ?? ( i am not in tears or in serious pain , its just a little numb stress like pain )

It is right bang on my spine at the very base of my spine , just above my ass, right on the spine , the top of my bottom feels a little numb but its not anything serious ( i hope ) , i put my weight lifting belt on and have had it on for about 30 minutes now lol ( just trying to make it go away )

The weird thing is , it is only sore or aparent when i sit down ( on a chair or an the couch ) and when i bent over forwards , thats the only time when i feel it ????

I have a workout today , but that isnt for another 3 or 4 hours so hopefully it will go away , but if not then squats and stiff leg deadlifts are out of the question , its looking like i will have to settle for 10 sets of leg extentions and then 10 sets of seated leg curls and then i will have to call it a day :(:(

any suggestions as to what it is , could it be how i was sitting at the computer screen ??? , i wasnt slouched over or hunched over , i always sit upright , maybe i was sitting TOO upright and over extending and putting strain on my lowerback ??? maybe i should wear a lifting belt on all my exercises for a while , to avoid something tragic like an injury !!!

any suggestions would be very much appreciated , remember i have had absolutely no previous back pains and this came about out of the blue ( all of a sudden )

cheers

I think the key to pain relief in many lower back problems, is in stretching and keeping your hips strong and in alignment.
Doing the lunge forward/forearm in part of the warmup in the jamcore training section is such a vital stretch. It opens up your hips a lot.
Some good muscles to keep stretching in your hips are definitely the iliopsoas, the piriformis and your "hip flexors"..
If your hamstrings are tight, they too can put pressure on your hips and "torque" them if you will, rotating your hips.
Sounds crazy, but its really easy to prevent by proper stretching and especially if you have desk work jobs. Getting up often to stretch is so important.
I noticed you say 4 hours of sitting at your computer. Sometimes I'm at the computer a lot too, but its fun and easy if you use a physioball as your chair. This way you're constantly using your core to keep you up, plus you can do some fun things on it.
Ok, i let you go now ;)

Aggregate injury where the full blown injury occurs from many small fractures or tears (bones or muscles) and eventually a final tear or fracture sends you into a state of deep pain and really starts to bother you.

I would

just give it a few days. Don't do legs today or you'll aggravate it further. What exercises were you doing on Shoulders/Triceps day?

Anything seated where you had to pick the weights off the ground?

You probably just have a minor strain and it shouldn't take long to recover as long as you stay off that muscle. So no back today or legs. Maybe you should take today as your rest day.
