hay jamo , quick question ;)

I have done my research and have decided to give hany rambods FST-7 training method a go because after all what do i have to loose lol ! i am starting to feel bored with my training and i feel like trying something new , something that will shock my muscles and something that i have never done before :) and i have heard a lot about fascia stretch training.

I know that right now as we speak jay cutler and phil heath are under going the fst-7 training system for the 09 olympia :) as well as many many more top and amatuer bodybuilders across the world ;)

my question to you is what do you think about it ?? , have you had a chance to try it yet ?? and do you think it could be the newest and most effective shock technique since drop sets and supersets ???

I mean if jay cutler and phil heath are giving it a go then it must be good , right ? after all they are currently the second and third best bodybuilders in the world !!!!!

cheers bro ;)

A few questions

How old are you currently? (16,17,18,19'ish)
How many years have you been "training"?
How many steroids are you taking?
How many growth hormones are you taking?
How much protein do you take in?
How many supplements do you take and for what?
How much do you spend on supplements a month?

So once you answer all these, you should check out the answers to the pro's questions and then compare training techniques.
I think you're overlooking some very important things behind all of your training and dieting. I really think you're wasting your money no a lot of supplements. Granted the companies will tell you and show you via "clinical trials" not approved by the FDA that things work but have you tried without them to see if they work?
On top of all of this things Darren, what works for one person might not work for someone else, so the idea that if it works for the pros, then it shoudl work for you is really kind of absurd, dont you agree? I mean, they're on drugs, they're on hormones. On top of that they have been training for a while, so while they may need something drastically different, you still should use the basics for a lot of years to build up base.
Why train and isolate when you don't need to do that yet. If you do squats and lots of compound movements, you'll invovle so many more muscles. Isolating training is a type of trainign, yes its bodybuilding, but many bodybuilders were also powerlifters before, which is where they built most of their size. I mean, have you even thought about that yet?

I know you "know" a lot, but it doesnt hurt to accept other peoples ideas, and see what you and they think might work one way or the other. Most people arent arguing with you or even saying you're wrong, like me, i'm just offering you some questions that will help you figure out if your A and B therefore C logical techniques are really working or are logical at all.
And i too am getting the feeling that very frequently you are switching routines and not really giving any one a chance to work. I know too well this feelign because I have done the same thing, almost all of us, I would bet, have experienced this too.

Hope that helps mate., good talkin with you again. LaterZ

Crazy.

Dazzaem i need to run my routine by you and explain the logic behind it. You might be interested in it! But Will made a great point that even I overlooked!!! The fact that someone who is juicing is using this routine means it is probably going to leave you in an overtrained state (because they recover so much faster, and the point of the faster recovery is to be able to grow, and get back into the gym a.s.a.p.). Very great point Will!!!

Alrighty, Dazzaem we need to get on Skype or MSN or some instant messenger program.

hey...not trying to run a line in your thinking...I am sure that training is all good, but it seems that you get impatient and bored VERY quickly. of course you do need to change up your routine every 6 weeks or so to shock your body into new growth, but that doesnt mean you have to completely start a new program. you can change body splits, etc.

if you choose to do this, good luck with it! let us know how it all goes.

All you need to do to stretch your facia is get a maximum blood pump, then stretch the muscle when you are pumped...as in getting full range of motion on lifts and getting a good stretch on each lift, as well as stretching afterwords

Hope this helps...good luck m8

Unfortunately Dazzaem he is correct and you will only learn patience on your own no matter how many times someone tries to teach you. There is no 'end all be all' technique, shock principle... yaddah yaddah ... There are many highly effective routines and infinitely more waiting to be "uncovered." Its basicalyl all about intensity and making sure you're using the scientific facts that underline human physiology, kinesiology and biology .

I highly doubt that Jay Cutler and Phil Heath are doing the same workout routine, but if they are thats cool, but that doesnt mean thats the routine they've used for their entire bodybuilding career.

And as far as specific routines go, its a long shot (and naive) to think that all trainers have spent a lot of their time reading routine after routine. Granted there are some highly effective ones out there.

Also, if they are "giving it a go" that generally implies they've never tried it before. Maybe they are easily influenced and quickly b.s.'d? Maybe they're not? Either way you can't just keep using the "if he's endorsing it then it HAS to be the best thing EVER" philosophy.

Of course, if you didnt have that philosophy, well then MSN and Muscletech etc.. wouldn't make so much money so i guess its not all bad... (for them... ><)
