Hi Folks,

I've been away for a bit because of a death in the family and some lovely stomach flu that decided to invade our home. Things are back to normal now, so I'll be checking out the recent blogs to add my .02!! I see carbs and bars have been hot topics lately...some of my favorites. I'll be getting back to my video blogs and articles as well...

Sorry for your loss Brian, Will and I too have lost a lot of family in the past two years and its very difficult, especially with two of them being very close. I try to keep high spirits about it for myself because I know that what they would have wanted.
