I'm Back!!!!

Hi Everyone,

I have to apologize for my absence recently...flying around the country working with my athletes, visiting family in Milwaukee, writing articles and the like. That said, no more excuses!! I will forever be an integral part of the Myfittribe and JamCore communities. I want, no, I NEED to be one of the most active members on here being that my title is "Jamo's Nutrition Guy."
I will be blogging at least every other day, if not daily, and I'll be posting articles from myself and a few fellow colleagues on a wide number of issues pertaining to nutrition and supplementation. If you have questions, just drop me a line and I'll get back to you ASAP...after all, I'm really not just Jamo's nutritionist, I'm YOUR nutritionist.
At this point I'm not sure what email address people are supposed to contact me through, but I'll find out and let you know. I would also love to be everyone's buddy, so send your invites my way. Thank you to those that have already done this :)
