Posted May 8th, 2008 by bodyvegas
Have been spending a lot of time re-doing my entire websites Member section for the past 3 months and have been training people a lot, both online via Yahoo Messenger as well as in my gym here in Vegas.
I will be posting more blogs here in teh future as well as my site of course which currently packed with NEW training video clips and other cool stuff - check it out guys!
Hopefully gonna meet with Jamo in July to contribute some video content for here - looking forward to it since I will be in my best shape ever.

Welcome Back!
That would be awesome if you did some videos with Jamo, I know a lot of users on the site have been curious about HIT training and it would be great to see you guys demonstrating some examples.
oh Ja?
after a quick "google" of you Markus, I believe I stumbled across your training style!
quit ironic as taht your quote includes it...
HIT HARD!!
So it looks like you train HIT. That is a very interesting type of training and I agree FULLY with the philosophy behind Time under Tension... Its not really a philosophy I guess, but its an idea of trainign that I believe in 100%... i think the time you keep that muscle group under constant contraction (or tension) is the most important... thats why I always preach SLOWLY and CONTROLLED.... these younger lpeople and some older, think fast quick reps with momentum at the top and bottom of the movements is going to get them places... their physiques (or lack there of) show the proof..
im interested however... do you really only do HIT training? so your workouts last how long?
Do you only do one set per exercise like conventional HIT methods suggest?
inform us :D please and thank you bro!!
PS. Kannst du deutsch? Ja? naturlich.. :) ich auch... nicht 100% fliessend, doch hab ich 5 jahre Deutsch studierte (beim Uni)
