Well here it goes again

I committed a couple of months ago in the summer to be more fit and to have a healthier lifestyle, but I do find that it has gone by the wayside. I am hoping to get back into the swing of things. I can't wait to get back up and going.
I want to fit, healthy and happy. Anybody with any suggestions on if it is better to work out in the morning or evening, please let me know.
