8:00- Can of Tuna. Water.
(30g, 140cal)

10:45- Can of Tuna, Water
(30g, 140 cal)

12:00- Spiritual Meeting

1:20- Can of Tuna, Water
(30g, 140 cal)

3:00- Call with Editor

4:30- Jamcore Int, Shoulders + Arms
at chest press do arnolds
at squat jump and bent overs did superset lying extensions and barbell curl
round 3- the same
(did chest and back yesterday)
Post: Power Crunch

7:00- Salmon with Broccoli

9:00- Tuna (30g, 140), 2 scoops peanutbutter (210cal, 16gfat, 6gcarb, 8g pro)
