Entering "The zone"....

But behind all that... Which factor is it that drives the whole mill ?... The MIND SET !
When we enter the gym it is extremely important to be totally focused at the upcoming workout. After long hours of hard work at the office or the like - how do we obtain that mental "sharpness" ?
Martial Arts & Optimized flexibility
Posted June 14th, 2008 by zanderDid you know there is more than one way to improve flexibility ? Especially for higher kicking in the martial arts. Here "dynamic-moves" - spanding through the full range of motion from bottom to top are one of the best !
Just remember to involve the hip - but still carefully and gradually :-)

I just wanted to tell you that Europe has a big boom coming up in the fitness genre !
What you guys have had for a decade - Europeans are going to have the next... Personal trainers are becoming more and more popular over here s well. :-)
I hope everybody is enjoying life and training as never before - working out is a great lifestyle !
