hello everybody its 9:57 Malaysia time...

just went back from gym .. hell of day it waz...

my day went like this....

>woke up 700am
>drink one scoop of whey ..
>jogged by 730 till 800am..
>had my breakfast by 9 ,,,
* 5 egg whits with one yolk.
* Oat with milk and i mashed one banana with it.
* Cup of O.J ...

then had snack apple..

by 2:30pm
* one can of tuna mixed with salad and slice of smoked chicken..
* two slice of whole grain bread
* cup of O.J

while after this ,,
*drunk cup of green tea

----------------
by 5 i was in the gym

DONE...AND START

hello everybody hope that all having good days :)

so here i am just finished 4 moths of continues studies i've done my last final paper on Saturday ... now i have 3 weeks for the next semester to start....

so during exams weeks couldnt workout,,, but I at least was eating proper way ...

now for the next three weeks i will do cardio for about 30 minutes and also lift weights ... it will go like this

in the early morning jogging for about 30 minutes(4KM)

later in the afternoon i will hit the gym for about an hour ...

HOW FAR...

hmmm am just a very easy person to be confused about somthing, i can think about any decision i wanna make more than 2 times...

so what happen is that am arranging my time to have an hour only for the gym,, and maintainng eating good am doing so...

hello everybody :) its been long time i didn't post a blog its due to the studies :) anyway ..
am here to ask Jamo if he can demonstrate the Cable chest cross over exercise i just wanna see the right way :)

one more favor guys n girls is it ok to start consuming protein powder, amino acid and L-glut, while am just beginner or i have to start consume after period of time ?

another tiny Q hehe.. (I miss u guys thats y i have to ask ) my Q is is safe to use CLA , coz am concern in burning the fat around my stomach its quit stubborn fatttt hehehe ..

guys and girls just wana share with u this :)

i will be having my last final exams on 21 and 22 ,, then am waiting 25th to come ,, that coz am going back home after almost one year away from my family :) :) :) :) cant wait this day to come :)

am also gona visit the places that i love the most our holy mosques :) brothers n sisters wish you all the best and time full of fun this summer :D

Fast or NOT???

hi to all :)

am wondering that since i start my diet beginning this April till now i've lost 5KGs am now 75KG so is it good sign or its too fast? and one more Q,, am wondering from where did i lost this weight coz i cant see much different in my body,, I really wanna concentrate on loosing fat from the abs area and chest so what is the right way? would it be better if i start taking fat burner ? am sorry for asking too much ,, i just can say GOD BLESS U ALL :)

i wana ask about the members who still study in collage or in school even how can they find the time to workout?

because in my case am in university that will make you busy the whole semester but am fighting against it and trying to workout whenever i have time ,, thanks god that i start to control my food eventho i faced a lot of ppl who tried to discourage me but am trying my very best because i really wana be in good health and shape coz it will help in all matters :)

so hope everyone can talk about any experience he/she faced and all ?
