We put out the word that we wanted to give members of our community a chance to come meet the crew and participate in our video exersise video segments. We were excited to hear that one of our members screen name Mayhem decided to come join us. She is here at the film shoot getting first had personal training will we are filming with Jamo, Julien and Ves.Mayhem is going to perform a lying leg extention and a bonus lying leg curl exercise with Jamo training, oh feel the pain. Look for Mayhem's video segment in the comming weeks.

So we are here at the gym getting a great group of exersises together to add to our exersise database. The day has been great our videographer / editor John Shea has been running the camera all day while I am getting the photos. Jamo, Julien and Ves are doint a great job of bringing us the exersises with proper technique and form.

This weekend we are filming exercise segments for MyFitTribe.com one lucky lady will have to opportunity to film the intro segment for our Hot Tribe search with Jamo Nezzar and Julien Greaux. Filming will take place at a Gym in Ventura County this Sunday May 13th. We are looking for a girl who is in shape to represent our search for amazing ladies committed to a healthy and fit lifestyle.

We are looking to add some new people to our local network! We are all lucky in the fact that Jamo and some of the team are Ventura County locals. So let me know if you are interested in getting involved, getting on our program and getting filmed for to add to our video section.
