White or whole wheat bread

I was having this discussin with a fellow friend who has been bodybuilding for a few years now ansd we were talking about calories and protein and daily meals etc and he told me that white bread fluctuates your insulin levels and insulin levels re critical to building mass and i am on a mission to build serious lean muscle and mass just from my nutrition since I cant even touch my upper body because of tendonitis ..So obviously brown bread is better but U are the pros what can u say about this

Eh people this is mainly directed too MJ, Will, and of course Jamo...since you guys know my situation well ....i have multiple things to say ..1). i have been lookin at myself in the mirror alot i know that is not good but noticing the flaws like i noticed that my right shoulder (delt) is further out or bigger side cap then my left a big difference now that i have noticed that pisses me off alot ... 2) lookin in the mirror makes me mad knowing i cant really do anything to bulk up weight wise because of my shoulders i dont feel like waiting a year for them to heal .

Ive been reading up on what to take or eat after a workout ..funny as this is but i bring my entire blender and milk and ice cubes to the gym so i can wham bam it into my system while i am getting ready for a icy cold shower .....but u gotta do what u gotta do right?

Legs and body growth

i am doing legs 3 times a week beginniing of the week i cap my chest and tricep workout with lightweight legs just quads and hams and a couple light setss of leg press keeping everything light then on wednesday i hit the legs themself hard and heavy 10 to 12 reps for everything and i almost puke everytime and then friday i do lightweight legs and calves .... then i take the week off of legs totally for them to recover .. my question is will i gain lot of mass on my entire body , thicken up and keep my physique since i cant really touch my upper body shoulders and chest ...

lat pulldowns can cause injury??

ive been blogging like crazy and i have quite a bit of good blogs please answer more of them but this one is about lat pulldowns i was just reading an old blog and i seen that lat pulldown behind the neck can cause shoulder injury and tear and i have tendonitis should I be doing this movement because i need lats and can i get them with light weight since i am doing 8 months off upper body with heavy weight so my shoudlers can rid of the tendonitis

Excersises for Big slabs of tricep meat

just wondering here certain excersises for mass building on the tricep i have awesome workouts ans crazy burns goinbg by the six second rule but i just want to know an order of what hits the tricep where if u notice on sagi's arm or alberto's latyest video they have giant slabs of meat for a tricep thats what i want but i want to know what movements are for thwta region on the tricep

8 months off upper body

so i found out my tendonitis is bad very bad even tho it doesnt feel bad so i am gonna take atleast 8 months off doing any sort of upper body heavyweight and medium weight ...it sucks but it will be worth it i am gonna double up on legs to still grow bigtime ... do a heavy intense workout and then 2 really light workouts for legs for a week then one intense workout for tht week and rotate like that ....

BOULDER SHOULDERS WITH LIGHTWEIGHT ??

i know that to get boulders u have to obviouslly do shoulders and delt isolation and mass building movements but from having that tendonitis last year i didnt train my shoulders but i have been hitting them hard and am seeing goodf results ..but from that year or whatever it was from not doing shoulders my biceps and triceps are bigger then my delts so my bicep peaks out alot and is big but then it starts to go in rather than saty straight or going wider because i lack in front deltoids ..

Bulking Foods Times To Eat Them

I want to know the key to timing for meals certain foods at certain times what should be eaten at what time but i also want a good plan that isnt one where you have to stay home all day everyday just to follow it i have a life and need to maintain ... i have 8 foods that i know will bulk me up but any others and what i asked before would be awesome (times and selection)
1. egg whites 2. chicken breast/turkey 3. fish 4. beans and legumes 5. lean red meat 6. oatmeal 7. water alot 8. obviously protein shakes thank you everybody for future responses
