Workout question(jamo)

Quick question- My workout partner and I have been trying something that he suggested that he used to do back in his competing days...Both of us want to bring up our rear delts, as they are not quite as developed as the front...so we wave been doing some light dumbbell and band work in between sets on chest, and back day, sometimes arms day as well, not working the muscle to failure, but just giving it a light workout between sets and pumping some blood in there and working it a little bit, then giving it a full workout on shoulders day....

384g of protein a day !!! at only 180lbs ( jamo*)
Posted July 2nd, 2009 by dazzaemm2k7hey jamo , just wanted your input into this psychotic diet a bodybuilder i know is following , he is bulking and he eats 4500kcal a day , 436g carbs a day , 105g of fat a day and a staggering 384 g OF PROTEIN a day !! the shocking thing is that he weighs only 180lbs ( he is 6 foot 2 with around 10% body fat and is 18 years old ) !

Ok, sometimes i dont get the chance to go to the gym, but, i never fail to workout..
I have an ez bar with some weights and dumbells...
So i never really had problem in training when i can't go to the gym...
The only muscle i have problem with is chest. Reason being, i dont have a bench at home :(
So, ive been cracking my head trying to figure out how to train. And i came up with this.

I wrote the poem, "Memories," awhile back and sent it to Kenny overseas. I have always mused that I lived there in one of my many lives. My daddy went to Egypt back in 1961, and I used to teach all about it in middle school. When Kenny asked me where I would like to go this summer on vacation, I wanted to go to Florida again. I love the beaches so much.

Boom Board

Chest: Incline dumbbell press
Back: T-bar row
Legs: finishing with walking dumbbell lunges
Shoulders: seated barbell press
Triceps: dumbbell skull crushers
Biceps: Incline dumbbell curls

Posted June 25th, 2009 by the Q... so to celebrate this blessed event which happens on 7/7 i have taken another pic ... dont pay any attention to the tiny bruises on the legs ... oh, and i hope the white legs dont blind you peeps ...... thepic is in the albulm beside a pic taken in the same whit skirt 10 years ago ... yeah it still fits after all these years ... and still my favorite white leather skirt ...so which pic is the best , at 40 with a blue blouse , or 50 with the black one .?

Posted June 24th, 2009 by sassyonyxYesterday, I saw someone who hasn't seen me in about 3 years. Number one, she came right up to me and starting talking to me, and she did not recognize me at all. Number two, when she realized it WAS me, she nearly fell over. I seem to have that sort of reaction from people a lot these days. She made me turn around and around and kept saying how she couldn't believe it was me. After the initial shock is over, people always ask the same thing. How do you stay motivated?

2 quick questions for jamo !!!

1.you mentioned in a vblog that u recomend 100g of carbs post AND PRE workout , i use dextrose and waxy maize starch , so should i put 100g of dextrose into my PRE-workout shake ???? ( which is currently 1scoop whey,5g glutamine, 3 bcaa tablets, 3 creatine tablets and 2 NO2 tablets and after my workout i have pretty much the same exept use waxy maize starch cause its faster absorbing )

I have a qauestion for you all and Jamo
I am currently supplementing Protein, Glutamine and BCAA's pre and post workout and I'm thinking of adding creatine to my stack.
Yet I'm in a cutting phase and I don't want to be bloated with the water retention effect of creatine.
Should I simply get creatine out of my mind or go for alternate forms of creatine like creatine ethyl ester or kre-alkalyn?
If so is there a specific brand/product you can recommend

But behind all that... Which factor is it that drives the whole mill ?... The MIND SET !
When we enter the gym it is extremely important to be totally focused at the upcoming workout. After long hours of hard work at the office or the like - how do we obtain that mental "sharpness" ?
BCAA betwen workout ?

i just wanna ask if taking BCAA betwen workouts is the right thing to do. I heard Miloš Sarčev talking about that and he said that it's the right time. So we don't even go to a catabolic state after workout . Is that true? What would be the differences between taking BCAA between workout and not taking them
(in both cases a Protein C.H. shake after workout) !!
