I bought a book on HIT training....just to learn a little bit more about it....its by Ellington Darden...and ive read alot of things that I have some questions about...I have never done HIT training...but Im thinking about givin it a try....because its about time i change up my routine anyway....I just wanted to know what everyone else thinks about HIT training...and if anyone has had good reuslts with it...one thing i read was about bodyfat....it talks about the ripped ppl you see only have about 10 billion fat cells in there midsection...and some have 250 billion...and how its genitically im

I have been playin basketball on an outdoor court lately and my knees have really been hurting....and i just want some info on how to get the tendon stronger i guess?????im not near as smart as all of you lol so im not sure if im explaining this right...but it hurts right under the knee cap....and i have heard it was because i have week tendons...but i really dont know....my basketball 2-3 hrs is my cardio...because i really get bored on a treadmill.....and also im trying to get quicker and i thinking about doing alot of sprints but i didnt know if i should do that a cpl hrs before i play ball

of a new workout....not really worried about getting bigger right now...just want cut down a little bit more...im at 11% b/f and i would like to get down to 8...just want my abs to show even more then what they are now...and get a better shaped bicep...a big peak..like jamos..lol...its been a while since i changed things up.....thanks for the help

Its time for me to change things up and i was browsin looking for a good workout...im down to 12% bodyfat trying to get to about 8 or 9.....just wanted everyones opinion on this workout for definition pretty much...

Monday: Chest/Shoulders

Chest
• Bench Presses: 3 Sets x 15 Reps
• Incline Bench Press: 3 Sets x 15 Reps
• Incline Dumbbell Flyes: 3 Sets 15 Reps

Front/Side Delts
• Seated Dumbbell Presses: 1 Set x 25 Reps
• Reverse EZ Bar Presses: 1 Set To Failure
• Seated Dumbbell Side Laterals: To Failure

Tuesday: Quads/Hams

Quads (2 Full Rotations)

1st off I wanted to say thanks to Jamo for the program he had me on...I did it consistently...and all my muscles have more defintion then ever....and I gained a half inch on my arms..:)...ive been on the program for about 3 months now and i was thinking now its time to change it up and heres what i came up with....just wanted every1 elses thoughts on this........
Day1 (heavy)
Incline bench presses. 2-4 sets of 6-10 reps

Flat Bench presses 2-4 sets of 6-10 reps

Dumbbell Presses 2-4 sets of 6-10 reps

Tricep Pushdowns 2-4 sets of 6-10 reps

I was watchin mind body and kickin moves...some show about ppl who have mastered tai chi.....and they did some pretty crazy things.....for example....1 guy had some1 shoot arrows at him from about 20-30 feet away right at him....and he would slice them with his sword....stuff like that....they said ppl are born with 3-4 percent chi in the body and with practice of tai chi u can get it up to 7...and they said they gather the posotive energy from the earth and air.....and they said you focus ur chi at any specific bodypart......i just wanted to know what the experts here know about it or what ev

.....sooo i want my tricep to bulge out a little more to were it goes almost 2 my elbow...know what i mean??just more visible....and im gonna change up my training now but should i do heavyweight or should i just do lightweight ....i figure both way i could accomplish what im goin for cuz if i get it bigger then it will bulge out more but then again if i go lightweight i will get more cut...so which 1 should i go with????im thinkin maybe just stick with nicks chest and arms workout and do lightweight for triceps and heavy on chest and biceps.....thx for the help if ya can

Should i get some of this in the powder form...i read all kinna good stuff about it on 1 site and it said in a 12 weeks study of 5 grams a day there were increses in vascularity and strength and even a little loss of bodyfat.....and can i mix my creatine with my protein since i take them both right after working out anyway???

For kids who hate working out and want to burn fat

i just seen this and i thot maybe this would b a good aproach for yougner kids 9-13 who are overweight and want to loose weight at an early age but dont want to diet and no nothing about workin out........i know its not the best way but im thinking about getting my parents to buy this for my little sis...she is only 12 and she is overweight at about 140 or 150....whats every1's opinion on me suggesting this....i know its just a game but im really thinking this would help her and other kids.....

Ok i fig you are the 2 that can more then likely 4sure help me....I have a problem....no matter what im doin..my under arms sweat like crazy....if i sit there i sweat and no matter what i always am so i pretty much dont wear shirts cuz i dont wanna b seen with sweat all under there...so i just wear muscle shirts....but ive heard this is cuz swollen sweat glands and if it is what can i do 2 fix it....thx for ur help if ya can...

Ive lost 8 pounds so far since doing jamos program....Thanks thanks thanks thanks ha ha....i went to the Y and i was shocked ...so i checked tha scale with a dumbell lol....mainly i can see a huge difference in my calfs...i have that separation ive wanted now....and i noticed more defintions from side tricep to back tricep...idk if any1knows what im talkin about but yeah thats what i notices...and i can c my upper and middle abs better now....now i just need to work on the lower ...and when i lift more veins pop out now in my arms......just thot id share all this with some1 ha ha....can any1

Ok im not gonna do this but i just want to know if its bad or ok .....i think it would be unhealthy....I seen a commercial about loosing weight and the doctor says all you have to do is drink a protein shake for breakfast and lunch and for dinner you can have a real meal...and it was amaze rx that they were advertising and trying to sell....i just thought that this would be bad for ppl to do but i dont know and thats why i asked...

I watched two documentaries the other day...1 about a female bodybuilder and 1 about greg valentino...the guy whose arm exploded or w/e....and there were a cpl comments i didnt understand...1 was, right before a contest bodybuilders eat lots of things with sugar to get there veins to show more...1 girl was eating a brownie...another thing was they dhydrate there selfs to show more definition..and the last thing was they mentioned at the time of competition they are at there weakest due to crash dieting...just wanted some1 2 xplain all this.....sry if i sound stupid lol...

sucked the last week.....i was i n vegas for a little bit.....but i did do alottttttt of walkin...so i know i burned some calories.....me and my girl walked up and down the strip and threw alllll the malls lol.....but im startin back up here in a cpl hrs with my workout....fixin to check out what i missed y i was gone i missed this place ha ha
