Skip the Mouth-to-Mouth, Hands-Only CPR OK, Experts Say
Posted April 1st, 2008 by SeansgoldYou can skip the mouth-to-mouth breathing and just press on the chest to save a life. In a major change, the American Heart Association said Monday that hands-only CPR — rapid, deep presses on the victim's chest until help arrives — works just as well as standard CPR for sudden cardiac arrest in adults.
Experts hope bystanders will now be more willing to jump in and help if they see someone suddenly collapse. Hands-only CPR is simpler and easier to remember and removes a big barrier for people skittish about the mouth-to-mouth breathing.

Posted February 26th, 2008 by SeansgoldI am currently working out on, Monday ~ Legs, Tuesday ~ Back shoulders, Friday ~ Chest,Arms.. Between my early mornings at the gym (Working 4a-12p Mon-Fri.) and Umpiring ASA High School ball. I am starting to miss my workouts. I am making great gains and getting stronger and losing weight at a great pace and dont want to lose my momentum.
Do you have any Ideas on cutting down my workouts to 2 days a week (Lower on Mondays, Upper like Friday?) ????.

WALKING LUNGES WARRIOR....

I love this program, my strength is going up, I am losing bodyfat (Clothes, fitting better) and droping lbs. ( 1lb to 2lb a week right now).
I am sorry to be bloging about my walking lunges every other week, BUT when good things happen I BLOG IT !

In sports it is a lot about technique, performance and your diet. So is staying in shape. Once you choose a diet and a workout routine it is imperative that you stay on schedule and are careful not to skip days and make working out a habit.

WALKING LUNGES , OH YEAH BABY!!!!!
Posted January 28th, 2008 by SeansgoldOK MFT, I have been doing the walking lunges leg program now for 7 week and boy, I am geeting so much stronger and loving it (Thank You JAMO). I am now up to 1 hour 15 mins and doing it with a weighted vest (20lbs) and with the weighted vest is so much easy to proform this exercise. DBs to hard to hold and the bar to hard on the neck get the vest and start lunging, you will love it.
