Lets see I started the summer with a waist of 37 and weighting in at 160. Started to listen to Jamo and follow a diet and workout daily on top of my MMA training. by the end of the summer I got down to a 32 waist and 145 in weight. So I felt good. till this past Month.
While training I blew out my right shoulder tearing my rotator culf. So everything hurts now, from sleeping to turning my steering wheel driving.
