10 sets of 10 training
Posted July 7th, 2007 by JayMy man Jamo, just wanna know what you think of this program. 10 sets of 10 training. it goes like this:
Day 1 Chest & Back
Day 2 Legs & Abs
Day 3 OFF
Day 4 Arms & Shoulders
Day 5 OFF
the goal of this method is to complete ten sets of ten reps with the same weight for each exercise.
Day 1: Dumbbell Bench Press - 10 sets 10 reps
Bent Over Barbell Rows - 10 sets 10 reps
Incline Dumbblell Flyes - 10 sets 10 reps
One Arm Seated Cable Rows - 10 sets 10 reps
Day 2 : Squats- 10 sets 10 reps
Laying Leg Curls - 10 sets 10 reps
Mixed Nuts and Almond

Shoulder Pain
Posted May 24th, 2007 by JayDear Jamo, I've been having a pain on my right shoulder for the last 7 month. its not that bad though, it only hurts when i do Bench Press or Dumbbell Press for chest. but once i get in the middle of my workout i dont feel the pain, but sometimes it comes back at night. it doesnt hurt when i do back or shoulder, even though the pain is in the shoulder, its only when i do chest. any idea what that chould be? someone told me to take Vitamin B Complex, but i've been taking them for the last 4 month. thanks brother..

Snacks At Night Time..
Posted May 22nd, 2007 by JayI know i aked this question before, but it was for the day time snacks, and we sorted this out.. but now Since i've been on high protein deit, i try to have my last solid meal 3 hours before i go to bed and whey shakes right before bed. but in between i feel like i need something to eat, and i want to stay away form carbs and sugars. so please dont tell me fruits because it has sugar or chicken, im sick of chicken at night. is there anything eals i can snack on? thanks brother..
Carbohydrate which sugars.
Posted May 20th, 2007 by Jaywhen you check the carb content on food labels, it will often say how much of the carb sugars. what does this mean? and should i pick a product which sugars less or more when trying to select a lower carb food?

Hamstrings

These muscles have not responded at all to any training I've done so far. Can you please give me some good exercises to develop my hamstrings? Thanks brother.. Jay

Working Out Twice A Day!!
Posted May 15th, 2007 by JayMy man Jamo, as summer is already here, i will have more time to go to gym. I was thinking about training like a professionals do. lol.. Im sure you have done this.. I was thinking about doing the cardio in the morning and the weights in the evening. I don't know how you would have done this. Can you please give me some advice on this? is it better to do the weights in the morning and the cardio in the evening? or do weights twice a day, but different body parts?
