What are some good snacks?
Posted January 13th, 2009 by indianmusclemachineI was just wondering what are some good snacks that I can take to class? I eat peanuts or walnuts everyday. Are there any other healthy snacks out there that I can eat which are pretty low in carbs? I just want to eat something to keep my metabolic rate up between my main meals. I am getting sick of peanuts and walnuts.
Has anyone tried Max OT training from AST sports science?

The workouts are short but very intense......much like Dorian Yates style of training except there is no forced reps involved. Let me know if anyone has tried it or has any opinions on it
cardio right after leg training
Posted June 5th, 2008 by indianmusclemachineI was wondering if doing cardio right after legs was detrimental to leg growth. Does cardio pull away the nutrients from the muscle cells in the legs to other parts of the body? Right now I am just focusing on getting as ripped as I can and stay that way during the summer. I usually do not do cardio at all on my leg days because I am way too tired to do any cardio, but I was just wondering about this because my friend does it and he says he likes it. Let me know what u guys think.
Tuna
Posted June 2nd, 2008 by indianmusclemachineSo I have been thinking about tuna because I want to eat more of it but I am afraid of the mercury content in tuna. I usually limit my tuna intake to 3 cans a week. What do you guys think about the mercury content controversy and what not? Do you guys think it is blown out of proportion or does this have some validity? I believe that healthy people dont really have to worry about the mercury content and only pregnant women need to cut back on tuna and other seafood to avoid damaging the fetus's kidneys. But that is my opinion. Let me know what u guys think.
