foot problem back 3+ weeks off. No walking noo driving. NEED HELP!! MEal plan ECT!!

Hey need a new meal plan for the next couple months. As im pretty muhc gonna be laid up with not a lot of mobility on my feet.

So im doing one legged push-ups since i cant put pressure on my foot gonna have it sitting on my other foot. and as many different types of sit-ups as i can. i have a med ball so gonna try to use that for maybe some arm and stuff workout not very heavy but i can work on form and have it all down once im ready to go to heavier wieght..

Foot problems are back!!!! Need HELP!!!

Yeah great great.. SO im sitting here scared for a couple reason's. One i dont want to have to go threw all that crap again and feel like im going backwards in everything...

Second of course is the wieght ive lost and muscle ive built. Which is Making me go NUTS!!
So im sitting here wondering and hopeing my doc. Tells me better news then i think but also keeping reality the way it is and knowing my foot and how it felt last time i had to get it cut open...

Well Update havent said much for a while been busy with life and not on the comp to often.... Miss you all and reading all the posts. Seems i have a lot of reading HAHA!!!

Well the new diet and exercise are going great. Still lossign wieght but not all that concerned liek i was as most of it is gone. Just need to do more tighting type moves to get my stomach a bit tighter.. Any advice or ideas would be great:)

SOunds like a great book. I got the free download and really liked it. Question is is it worth it will it help out in my knowledge and help with my workout. It sounds great but is it real or just more bs?

I usally get new books and such to help me even if i learn one or 2 things but im also very thoughtful before i go and spend my cash on something that i dont know a whole lot about. SO as usual i come here first...

Well as most know the past year has been great.. I lost 210 pounds went from a size 50 pants to a 32 and feel like a totaly different person and look it to :) well been training and dieting think i tried EVERYTHING!!!!! 4 weeks of this 4 weeks of that ect ect...

Well went back over the year to see hwat ive liked didnt like ect and decided for the next 8 weeks to do jamcore interm again.. With my new diet ive been on for a bout a month and love it. Good carbs calories and FOOD haha...

one workout per body part. A question and toughts about it?

Ok so i was reading flex and seen someone say they do this for a while and wanted to see what other people thought...
And what you would do if you would only do one exercise per body part.

Well here goes

bis
curles

tric
skull crushers

Back
bent over rows

chest
incline barbell press

Shoulders
military barbell press

Legs
Squats

Traps
Shrugs

Just a idea wanted to see what others think..

5-6 sets pyramiding up to heavy weight
8-10 reps per set
5-7 reps at highest weight

Then back down dropping wieght and adding more reps.

Well these past couple months have been really hard. When i went and had my sergries i got in debt pretty bad... Way more then i should of and wasnt looking like any thing would get better. Phone calls court letters ect..

I started going to the gym and losing wieght and feeling better but the bills kept geting worse and so was my life. Part of it was getting better but hardly sleep cause of my mind wondering how i was gonna make it. What i was gonna make of my self and what id do with my life.. And if it was worth moving forward or worth lving at all..

Hey hows it going. Well got my new gym and finally get to pay off more bills as new gym wont cost me a xtra 150 bucks every 2 weeks.

Well been working out at golds since oct. But came to the conclusion taht a xtra 120 bucks every 2 weeks for GAS just isnt cutting it anymore so I went to get a new membership and its 3 blocks from my house. But nervous cause all my friends and things are at golds and i will miss lifting with them but had to do something about xtra expenses.. ANyways today is my first day to work out there so im happy that it is so close and open 24/7 which is great for me....

Started a new diet and like it have much more energy and can feel it in my training EVERYTHING has gone up and that is great:)

SO 4 pounds away from losing 200 pounds since last june. And BAM

I break my pinky toe BAD!!!!! cant do cardo cant walk have a neat boot and a cain /cry. I know its not that bad and i will loose it just sucks really bad. Am on light duty at work and even taking one step is so pain ful and is very very very irritating.. Did it almost 3 weeks ago and not healing fast at all. SO i follo wmy diet and lift what i can mostly machines and cables and sit down stuff but ahhhh what a damper.

If anyone gets the time to figure this out for me PLEASE?

here is the meal

Meal 1 15 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 4 slices of Ezekial toast,

Meal 2 10 oz. steak/ chicken/ tilipia/ with 2 cups of rice.

Pre-Workout 1 scoop of Cell-Tech.

Post-Workout 2 scops protien

Meal 3 10 oz. of chicken with 4 cups of rice (cooked).

Meal 4 10 oz. of buffalo meat/Tilipia/chicken with 2 cups of rice.

Meal 5 10 oz. of turkey, 2 slices of Ezekial bread.

ONe year ago. a bit long but dedicated to all of you!

I came to this site Lost over weight broken hearted. Pretty much at the lowest point in my life. Not knowing what to do or where my life would go. Or if it would go on. Or how i wanted it to go on if i did move forward. Was over 350 wearing size 50+ pants 3-4x shirts and wondering how on earth would anyone love me want me or find me anywhere near wantable or disirable.

So i took up from my physical therapist and went to ride a bike to get leg muslce. baught one fles magizine and seen a article that brought me here. To this great site.

So i had a date friday yeah WOHOOOO. Anyways one of my friends from work said she was taking me shopping cause she was tired of seeing me in BIG close. So we went shopping and she handed me all these xl and l shirts and im like what the hell these arent gonna fit..

Need a little more. Way to tired.

So been following this diet for about a week and it is good but im dragging pretty hard at times. Need to up something but dont know what to do so as always i come here for help well here it is im thinking adding just a bit more carbs and more calories so any help will be great. Thanks in advance.
