what's going on MFTers..

BTW, sometimes my net lags and when i hit refresh, my comments is doubling. sorry about that guys, im not trying to post it 2 time. probably that lags is due to the traffic?? which is great, means more people are using this site..
about the new feature of mft, it rocks. and the store. :D

CLA Question

i have one quick question, I read some blogs about CLA here in MFT, and almost all of it says that it's use help to decrease the body fat(if i read it right)/to be leaner...
so, here is the question, i want to gain more lbs. and do i need to take CLA?? im fine with my body fat right now, i want to bulk up right now. so, is it recommended for me to take CLA??
im planning to take it with glutamine and bcaa, but im not sure if it will be good for my goal right now..
all response will be much appreciated..
Getting Busy

Well, this past 2 weeks, i've been busy going school(8:30 - 5:00), 3 x a week. so i can only eat good during non school days. because the college that I'm attending doesn;t have healthy foods. i can only manage to bring, 1 serving shake for 10 a.m., some foods for 12:00, and 1 bar for 2:00 (not enough)...
I just want to ask for advice, for food.. what food is convenient to bring? about training/lifting, I still can manage to do what I normally do.. food is the only problem..
what do you guys think??

I just want to say hello to all of you guyz..
BTW, I found this site when I'm looking for routines/exercises online. It's been good for me since I've been here, I think that I'm more motivated and dedicated now (for 2 weeks, I'm not eating junkfoods, i hope it continues). It's cool that MFTers motivates other MFTers.
